Returns Policy

For Business Customers

1.In the highly unlikely event of transit damage when a customer's freight account has been used, PartsIT.com are not responsible. Delivery via a customer freight account is not our standard delivery method.
2.Unfortunately we cannot accept returns where stock labels of goods have been removed or tampered with. Please be careful not to remove or tamper with these to avoid disappointment.
3.Goods must be returned in suitable packaging. If possible please return in the original packaging. Unfortunately the customer must incur any delivery costs.
4.PartsIT.com are not responsible if any notebook is found faulty due to software installation of any 3rd party hardware not supplied by PartsIT.com.
5.Please carefully check each part before return. Should an item be reported faulty and is returned for replacement though no fault is found, the part will either be returned to the customer or a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

7.Any unused parts must be returned to PartsIT.com within 7 days and 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. The invoice must be paid in full if the parts are not returned within this time.
8.Issue of a refund for return of items can take up to 10 working days from receipt of goods.
9.Please ensure you report any goods found to be DOA, damaged, missing or are the wrong specification within 48 hours.
10.PartsIT.com offers a 30 day warranty on all products. The warranty period begins from the date of invoice.

For Private Individuals - General Public

6.Customers have the right to return items for refund if they notify PartsIT.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged if there is no part error or defect accompanying the reason for return.
